Business plan for bank funding: 3
The client commissioned Business Plan Services to write a business for his launch of an organic café. The scope of the business plan was for a pilot outlet in central London to demonstrate proof of concept in anticipation of a nationwide rollout throughout the capital and, later, across the UK.
The client had approximately £30,000 of his own capital to contribute towards this venture and required a further £100,000 to secure a prime location for a flagship outlet with relevant A3 consent, for its fixtures and fittings, concept packaging and to provide some working capital to support the business until it became self sustaining.
Following presentation of the business plan to a selection of High Street banks, funding was awarded under the terms of the DTI Loan Guarantee Scheme.
